chaos that occurs at home trying to get you and/or
your family out the door to face another challenging
day. Well to make your morning rush relaxed and easy
here are a few tips that will really help you avoid
the mad chaotic hours and give you a more relaxed
day ahead at work.

Ten Bright Ideas For
a Happier Morning:
Go
to Bed Earlier
This help because if you go to bed early then you
will be able to rise early and finish your daily chores
without any interruptions and at ease thus avoiding
the mad rush. Though it may take your body a few weeks
to adapt to retiring earlier, but in the long run,
it will be easier for you to rise at an earlier time
also.
Choose Clothing for the Next
Day
Laying clothes out the night before or thinking about
what you plan to wear helps save time in the morning.
So choose whatever you plan wearing the next day for
work and stock them in your wardrobe or keep them
lying on the selves. Morning dressing becomes hassle
free.
Put All Items You Carry to
Work in One Place
By doing this you will not forget anything in the
rush to go to work and it will also save time. Thus
it's a good idea to keep near the door your keys,
briefcase, important papers and office documents,
purse, school supplies, etc at night itself.
Get
up at Least 1-1/2 Hours Prior to Leaving for Work
A few minutes added to your morning preparation time
can prevent frantic dressing, no breakfast, and forgotten
tasks that need to be done before leaving.
Prepare
yourself first before Waking Others
Do this and it will not leave you totally left out
of time to dress yourself and make your things ready
for work. Time alone in the morning for yourself,
without bumping into others or being interrupted,
will not keep you unprepared for work and will save
a lot of time.
Encourage
Spouse to help you in Morning house hold chores
This is a very good practice since you will get a
helping hand and it will save a lot of time if workload
is divided. Have your spouse share morning tasks so
that you don't bear all the responsibility.
Have Children Make Their
Lunches and help you in food preparation
You can ask your children if they are mature enough
to help you by preparing their own lunch boxes. You
can encourage them to help you out in preparing lunch
and packing the Tiffin's and lunch boxes. This will
save your time and get them involved in food preparation.
Set
Your Clocks Ahead
This is a wonderful trick. It may be psychological,
but having your clocks and watches set 5 to 10 minutes
ahead can keep you on schedule.
Set Breakfast table the night
before
Set the breakfast table the night before. This will
save a lot of your time cause it is difficult to prepare
breakfast and lunch at the same time. Your breakfast
should be light. Sit down for 15 minutes and eat a
light, wholesome breakfast. If you're on the run,
grab a piece of fruit, or just drink milk or juice
with a small filled sandwich. You can also eat while
commuting.
Make this teamwork
This is important because unless and until you get
help and co-operation from your family it will not
be possible for you to cope up with your home and
work. So you have to sit down with your children and
spouse and make them understand what you expect form
them and how you want the workload divided and shared
by all.
