After completing the LLB course, the first thing that
one has to do is to register yourself to the Bar Council

has a standing of at least 15 years of practice and
who has a good practice at least for four or five
years. The second option is to work in some solicitor

To become a doctor the one has to acquire MBBS degree
after clearing 12th standard with at least 75 % marks
in PCB (Physics, chemistry and Biology) and then register
herself with the state Medical council. The Central
Board of Secondary Education holds an All India Entrance
Examination for admission to medical and dental courses
in medical and dental colleges run by the union government,
state governments of India. Apart from this, every
state conducts an entrance examination for admission
to the MBBS/BDS (bachelor of dental science) course
in medical colleges located in that state. There are
private colleges also for MBBS course where lot of
capitation fees is normally demanded.
After passing the MBBS exams and completing the internship
one can either study further to get a degree such
as doctor of medicine, master of surgery or other
diploma courses. The period of training for postgraduate
degrees is three years and for diploma is two years.
